We appreciate our friends. Kate and I set out to enjoy an evening alone but they wouldn't have that. Katie really had a birthday weekend as we entertained Friday night, Saturday night, and ice cream Sunday night. It's always interesting when people appreciate your birthday more than you do. In the end we have smiles on our faces and memories to share with you.
